4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
1 cup flour
1/8 cup oil (or enough to coat pan)
1-3 tbs honey
season as preferred

Directions:
Directions:
Coat both sides of pork chop with honey then place pork chops in a medium size bowl of seasoned flour mixture. Make sure both sides of the chops are completely covered with the flour mixture. Make sure to carefully place into a skillet of heated oil. Cook about 10 minutes on each side.
