4-6 bell peppers
1 to 1-1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 cup white rice
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. shredded cheese of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef. Cook rice. Cut tops off of green peppers,cleaning out seeds and membranes. Place peppers on baking sheet hollow side up. Mix rice and beef together and season to your liking. Spoon into bell peppers. Place in oven and cook until bell peppers are tender. When done, sprinkle with cheese.
