Ingredients: 2 lbs. ground beef 1 large can cream of mushroom (26 oz.) 3 1/4 cup milk 1 13 oz. Bueno Green Chile (hot) 1/2 medium onion 1 small pckg. corn tortillas 2-3 cups of grated cheese (fiesta blend) 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper

Directions:Brown ground beef with chopped onion, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Once completely browned, drain grease. Add the green chile and cream of mushroom to the ground beef. Gradually add milk until sauce is thickened to a gravy-like consistency (may not use all the milk). In a 9 x 13 inch baking pan, spoon in some sauce to cover the bottom of the pan. Place a single layer of the corn tortillas. Add a second layer of sauce. Repeat process for the third layer and add the cheese (1/2 cup at a time). The top and final layer should be a cheese layer. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375º |

Notes: While at a Church fellowship, I acquired this recipe from the women serving this dish. My daughters and I fell in love with this recipe right away. This meal should be enjoyed with family and friends over a plate of laughs! Best served with rice and beans. Delight yourself in this scrumptious meal for the soul!!
