3 Peqin peppers
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. oil
Pinch oregano
Pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Roast the tomatoes on a small grill. Fry the peqin peppers in oil. After roasting the tomatoes and frying the peppers, place the tomatoes, fried chili, oregano, and garlic into a mortar and pestle. Smash everything together into a juicy salsa. Add a pinch of salt to your taste.
