Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
One of my very favorite childhood memories is Home Made Ice Cream. We made Ice Cream often in the old fashion hand cranked freezer. We had to take turns at turning the crank, as the ice cream hardened it would get very hard to turn. We never cooked the egg mixture but we are warned now that it would be life threatening to eat home made ice cream that has not been cooked. Isn't it a miracle that we all have survived?? Home Made Ice Cream is absolutely my favorite.
