5 cups ice cubes
1 6 oz can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 bottle (1.5 liter) sparkling white grape juice, chilled
1 bottle (1 liter) club soda or ginger ale, chilled
lemon and lime slices
Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 cup ice cubes, juice and soda. Stir quickly to blend. Put rest of ice in glasses and pour the liquid over the ice.
*If using a punch bowl, freeze a 6 - 8 cup ring mold of water. At serving time, put apple juice concentrate and soda in punch bowl. Unmold ring and float in bowl. Add lemon and lime slices to bowl. Serve in punch cup.
