4 oz. salt pork, cut up in small pieces
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole corn
1 can evaporated milk
1 medium onion, chopped
6 - 8 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large soup pot, cook salt pork over medium heat until crispy. Remove salt pork and drain on paper towels.

Add potatoes and onions to pot. Cover with water so water barely covers potatoes. Boil until just tender (not mushy.) Take off heat.

Add corn, butter and milk. Add the crispy salt pork. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes off heat. Add pepper to taste.
