1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 12oz. bag butterscotch chips
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. white vinegar

Directions:
Melt the butterscotch chips first then add the sweetened condensed milk. Stir together, add cinnamon and vinegar. Serve with sliced apples.
