2 large sweet potatoes
vegetable oil
sea salt
Honey mustard
Sweet with heat, mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes into strips
Sray with vegetable oil
Lightly, sprinkle with sea salt
Heat oven to 350.F, lightly spray a cookie sheet , arrange the potatoes on it.
cook approx. 20 minutes, turning once.
Serve with honey mustard or sweet with heat mustard.
