2 cups Sugar
4 Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1/2 cup shortening - melted
4 squares chocolate
2 3/4 cup Flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup nuts- chopped
powdered sugar (for coating balls)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla. Blend in melted chocolate and shortening. Stir in dry ingredients. Add nuts. Chill several hours or overnight. Shape into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350º of 10-15 minutes.
