2 jars Old English Cheese
1/2 cup butter, soften
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
12 slices bread
8 eggs
3 1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, butter, mustard, and salt. Spread on bread then cube and put in a 9x13 greased baking dish. Mix eggs and milk and pour over cubed bread.
Cover and let stand over night in the refrigerator. Remove cover and bake at 325º for 1 hour or until set and delicately brown.

This is the best egg casserole recipe of any that I have made or tried. I think it is the Old English Cheese that makes it so good, the down side is the cheese does add to the cost.
