1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup oil
1 cup powdered sugar
4 cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter, add eggs, oil, powdered sugar, flour, soda, and salt
Form in balls, flatten with glass dipped in sugar

Bake at 350º 10 minutes.

This is a really good crisp cookie, however, you may need to add a little more flour.
