4 pound roast of pork
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tblp. worchestershire sauce
2 tblp yellow mustard
1 1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove fat from pork roast
Stir all ingredients together and coat roast. Place in slow oven or crock pot on low until done
Remove pork. Pull apart and cut up. Heat sauce to boiling and add the pork.
Very good on multi-grain buns.
