10 cups squash,chopped
4 cups onions,chopped
2 cups green pepper,chopped
3 Tblsp. salt

4 cup sugar
1 Tblsp. dry mustard
2 1/4 cup vinegar
1 Tblsp. tumeric
2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. celery seed

Cover first 4 ingredients with cold water, let stand overnight. Drain, add 1 cup cold water, drain again.
Mix remaining ingredients. Mix all together and boil for 30 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Makes 11 1/2 pints
