1 c sifted flour
1/4 c powdered sugar
1/2 c melted butter
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1 c granulated sugar
2 T flour
1/2 t Baking Powder
3 + T lemon juice.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the flour, powdered sugar and melted butter. Pat into a greased and floured 8 inch square pan. Bake 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Beat eggs slightly. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Pour over cooked bottom layer. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Cut into small squares.
