Meat Sauce
1 lb of ground beef
1 onion finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1 Tbsp of oregano
1 Tbsp of basil
1 jar of spaghetti sauce

32 oz of ricotta cheese
2 eggs
2 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
lasagna noodles (use oven ready or boil them prior to assembling the dish.
2 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry ground beef with onions and garlic.
Add salt and pepper.
Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Mix ricotta cheese with 2 eggs and blend well.

Grease baking pan.
Layer in this way:
1. sauce
2. noodles
3. meat sauce
4. ricotta mixture
5. parmesan cheese
6 spaghetti sauce
7. noodles
8. meat sauce
9. ricotta mixture
10. parmesan cheese
11. mozzarella cheese
Cover with foil. Spray the side of the foil touching the cheese with cooking spray so it doesnt stick to the cheese while baking.

Bake 350º F for 40-50 minutes.
