1/2 cup of ketchup
1 tsp of soya sauce
1/3 cup of vinegar
1 cup of white sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2/3 cup of cold water
2/3 cups of pineapple juice
3-4 Tbsp of cornstarch

1 cup of flour
1 cup of cornstarch
2 tsp of baking powder
2 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 1/3 cups of cold water
8 boneless chicken breasts cut in cubes


Directions:

Sauce

Combine ketchup, soy sauce,white vinegar,white sugar and brown sugar.
Put in large saucepan.
Whisk cold water with pineapple juice and cornstarch until well blended.
Add to the ketchup mixture and whisk well.
Bring to boil until it thickens then remove from heat.

Chicken Balls
Combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda and garlic and mix well.
Add in water and 1 tsp of sesame oil.
Whisk batter until really smooth.
Add chicken pieces and coat well.

Heat oil to 375º F.
Dip chicken pieces in hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Drain on paper towel.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
