Ingredients:

2 cans evaporated milk
2 cans water
2 cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract

Optional Add-Ins:
1 can Hershey's syrup
1 can Coco Lopez and 2 pints of strawberries in syrup, pureed
1 large can sliced peaches in syrup, pureed

Directions:

Mix ingredients. Chill thoroughly. Pour into ice cream maker's container, insert paddle, and attach lid. Assemble ice cream maker and fill bucket with ice and rock salt. Churn until motor stops. Transfer ice cream to a tupperware container and freeze for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
