36 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 C. butter, melted
2 large packages of Pistachio pudding mix
1 C. milk
9 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and Ritz crackers and use this to line the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.

Mix the pistachio pudding with the milk. Add 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream. Fold in with mixer until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the mixture on top of the Ritz cracker crust and make it smooth, then frost it with the Cool Whip. Refrigerate. (*It is easier to cut if you put it in the freezer for 20 minutes before serving.)
