1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup powered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
4 cups of flour
1 tsp salt

Cream butter, oil, and sugars. Add vanilla and eggs.

Add flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt.

Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes
