chicken wings - thawed
1/3 c any BBQ sauce
2 tbsp. soya sauce
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp chili powder
4-5 dashes of hot sauce (Tabasco works)
1 tsp corn starch

Directions:

Spray 9 x 13 " pan with cooking spray. Place chicken in the pan.
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl and pour over the wings.
Bake @ 400º F for 35 - 40 minutes.

This recipe is for 12 wings. I always double the amount and do 30 or more wings. The sauce goes far.
