2/3 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:

Heat oven to 375*
Combine margarine, brown sugar, water and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Mix into creamed mixture at low speed until just blended.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by tablespoon 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 7 - 9 minutes or until cookies are set. Cookies will appear soft and moist. Do not overbake.
Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
