Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs Meatloaf Mix Meat (usually a combo of ground pork & beef)
1 Egg, Beaten
3/4 C Strawberry Jam
1/4 C Oats
1/4 C Crushed Saltines or Bread Crumbs
1/4 C Ketchup or A1
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic

Barbeque Sauce:
1 1/2 C Ketchup
1 tsp Mustard
3 T Brown Sugar
1 tsp Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl. Try to mix but do not overwork the meat. Form into a loaf or put into a loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Top with barbecue sauce and cook until bubbly, 15 minutes. You can also broil to darken the top.

Barbeque Sauce:
Mix all ingredients together. This makes a bit more sauce than you may need. We like to have extra to eat with our slices of meatloaf. The extra can be stored in the refrigerator for about a week.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
It sounds gross but this meatloaf is very good. It is Alex Bunn's invention and we have made it ever since. The ingredient amounts are all guesses. Like all recipes that are made over and over again, you tend to just make it without measuring. It gives you the basic idea. Theresa bought us a meatloaf pan specifically for this recipe. It works great!
