1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 large onion
½ teas.salt
½ teas. garlic powder
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 C milk
1½ Bisquick mix
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9” pan Cook beef and onion and drain. Stir salt, garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
Spread in bottom of pan. Sprinkle cheese on top.
In a small bowl, whisk, eggs, milk and Bisquick and pour over mixture in pan.
Bake 400º 25 mins.
