1 1/2 lbs. pork sausage or bacon
9 eggs beaten
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
3 slices dry bread cut in 1" cubes
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook meat, crumble and drain on paper towel.. Combine with other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a well greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Refrigerate overnight covered. Bake 350 about an hour .
