Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 packet (250 g or 8-9 oz.) arrowroot biscuits, vanilla wafers, or shortbread
3/4 can sweetened condensed milk
120 g butter (8 1/2 Tbs.)
1 Tbs. cocoa powder
250 g Malteasers* (1 1/2 of the large bags or 8-9 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
Crush biscuits in a food processor. You can choose to process them to fine crumbs or leave some small chunks.

Cut Malteasers in half. Add half of the Malteasers to the biscuit mixture and combine, crushing the Malteasers slightly into smaller pieces.

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add condensed milk and heat. Be careful as the condensed milk will stick to the saucepan and burn if you have it too high. Stir constantly. Mix together until combined. Sift in cocoa powder and mix until combined. Let cool slightly for about 1 minute.

Pour half of the melted mixture into biscuit mixture. Mix until combined. Add melted mixture until all biscuit is wet. The mixture should come together like a dough (i.e. all gather together in the bowl, with no crumbs left).

Press mixture into a lined slice tray (or buttered 8x8 inch glass baking dish) and top with the remaining chopped Malteasers pressing them in lightly.

Refrigerate until set. Remove from the fridge and cut into squares before fully hard – makes it easier to cut.

Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week!
