1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 T. butter
¼ tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 T. milk
3 c. rhubarb cut in small pieces
1 box cherry jello
½ c. flour
1 c. sugar
⅓ c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients like pie crust. Then add egg and milk. Put in buttered baking dish. Add 3 c. rhubarb (cut fine) and cover with 1 pkg. cherry jello. Then mix flour, sugar, and butter and pour over the cake.

Bake for 40 minutes at 350º.
