Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Filling:
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 large box (5.1 ounces) vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

Topping:
1-8 oz. container cool whip (you won’t use the whole container) or sweetened whipped cream
chocolate syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F. LIGHTLY grease muffin pan (too much and dough won't stay up sides).

Crust:
In medium saucepan, melt butter in water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in flour. Mix in one egg at a time, mixing completely before adding the next. Spread mixture into holes of pan, covering bottoms and up sides. Mixture will be very wet.
Bake 25-30 minutes until lightly brown. Don't overcook crusts! Remove from oven and let cool (don't touch or push bubbles down). Filling:
Whip cream cheese. In separate bowl make vanilla pudding by beating the pudding mix and the milk for 3 minutes and chill until set. Make sure pudding is thick before adding to cream cheese. Mix until there are no lumps. Chill. When crusts are completely cooled, remove from pan and fill with pastry cream. Top with a dollop of cool whip or sweetened whipped cream. Serve with a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
