1 lb. liver sausage
1/4 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. worchestershire
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3 drops tabasco
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Mash liver sausage with fork till smooth, add mayonaise, lemon juice, worcestershire, tabasco, garlic salt and 1/2 of the cream cheese..Beat until smooth. Stir in onion. Pack in 2 cup mixing bowl that has been lined with saran wrap, chill several hours. Turn out and frost with remaining cream cheese(beaten till fluffy and smooth- can add drop or two of milk to smooth out) Chill and cover with chopped nuts. Can garnish with sliced olives for looks
