1 tablespoon slightly beaten egg white
2 cups pecan halves, unblanched almonds or walnut halves
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 /4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 /4 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 300°.
Mix egg white and pecan halves in medium bowl until pecans are coated and sticky.
Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over pe­cans. Stir until pecans are completely coated. Spread pecans in single layer in ungreased jelly roll pan,
15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch.
Bake about 30 minutes or until toasted. Cool completely, or serve slightly warm.
