1 pound Swiss cheese (cubed)
1 pound American cheese (cubed)
1 – 14 ounce can of sauerkraut
4 packages of budding corned beef ( I used sliced from the deli counter at the grocery store)
5 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix ingredients until blended. Place in a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes. Serve with mini rye bread slices.
