4 quarts popped plain popcorn (enough to fill a 9x13 pan)
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup butter
¼ cup light corn syrup
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 200 degrees

Heat sugar, butter corn syrup, and salt over medium-low heat stirring occasionally until bubbly around edges. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda until foamy. Pour sauce over popcorn and mix until coated. Bake one hour stirring every 15 minutes
