1/2 cup diced ripe olives (I use a whole can)
1 diced tomato
1 can shrimp, crab meat or lobster
1 cup coarsely shredded lettuce (iceberg)

Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. grated onion

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing ingredients: Beat together well just before pouring over salad.

I use a whole head of lettuce finely slivered.

The dressing has to be put on just before serving or will get watery. Serves 8 - 10.
