1 box Duncan Hines Golden Cake Mix
4 each eggs
1/2 cup oil
11 oz. Can Mandarin orange segments with juice

Frosting
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice

Bake cake in three layers. Cool.

Frost. Keep refrigerated.
