3 cups very warm water
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp. fast rising yeast
1 tsp. salt
about 8 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, oil, sugar, salt together. With beater running add eggs, add 2 cups flour then add 2 tbsp. fast rising yeast or instant yeast. Keep adding flour switching from paddle to dough hook until dough is fairly stiff. I then put it onto a flour dusted counter and knead it until a soft dough. Do not make a stiff dough or buns will be tough. Let rise in a greased bowl until double, then form rolls and put into pans. Let rise again. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen
