1 head of lettuce (bite size pieces)
1 cup carrots (chopped small)
1 head cauliflower (small pieces)
Onion (optional)
1/2 lb bacon, fried and cut up (optional)
1 cup Dorothy lynch
2 cups mayo
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
Croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Layer lettuce, carrots, onion, bacon, and cauliflower in large bowl. In separate bowl mix Dorothy lynch, mayo, and sugar, then stir in cheese with the dressing. Poor dressing mixture over salad, covering it completely to keep the lettuce good. Store in fridge until ready to serve, then mix it all up together and add croutons. Once it's all stirred up, it doesn't keep very well.
