1 lb. Velveeta
1 lg. can Carnation milk
1 egg
Dried beef (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the cheese and milk in a double boiler. Beat egg in a separate bowl and add to the melted cheese. Stir in and heat well. Remove from heat and add dried beef or leave plain. After cool, spread on sandwich buns/bread.

I put this in a glass quart jar. It lasts quite a while in the fridge.
