2 T Olive Oil
4 C Yellow Onions, chopped (2-3 lbs)
1 t Brown Sugar
2 T Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 t Kosher Salt
1/2 t Pepper
1 C Sour Cream
1/2 C Mayonnaise
1/4 t Worcestershire
1/4 t Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large pot on medium heat. Cook onions until translucent and starting to brown (about 10 minutes). Add water if too dry. Add brown sugar, balsamic, salt and pepper, lower heat and cook gently uncovered for 25-30 minutes. Cool, then mix remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve with potato chips.
