3 eggs, beat slightly
2 2/3 tbsp milk
mix together & stir in:
2 c sugar
4 tbsp flour
3/4 tsp nutmeg
Mix in
4 c cut up rhubarb
Directions:
Directions:
Pour into unbaked pie shell-dot top with 1 tbsp butter over top of lattice top.
bake at 400 for 50-60 mins. OR omit top;
after pie is baked cover with meringue made of 3 egg whites.
