1 c. mazola oil
1 ½ c. sugar
6 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ to ½ tsp. almond or lemon extract
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
¼ tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar and add beaten egg yolks. Add flavoring.
Sift flour with other dry ingredients and mix well with first mixture.
Make into small balls and roll in powdered sugar.
Put on cookie sheets, press down a little and bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
