1/2 c. Kraft Sundried Tomato Dressing
2 T. fresh lime juice
4 tilapia fillets (1 lb.)
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. pimiento-stuffed green olives, halved
3/4 c. Kraft Mexican-style finely shredded Cheddar-Jack cheese
1 T. chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Mix dressing & juice. Place fish in a 13x9 baking dish; drizzle with 1/2 of the dressing mixture. Toss tomatoes & olives with remaining dressing mixture. Bake fish for 20 minutes. Remove from oven; top with tomato mixture & cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted & fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with cilantro.
