1 c. sugar
4 T. cornstarch
1-1/2 - 1-3/4 cup water
2 pt. (4 cups) strawberries
1 small box strawberry jello
baked pie crust
Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cornstarch, water & jello in a pot. Over medium heat, cook until thickened. Cool slightly. Slice strawberries into pie shell & pour mixture over them. Put in refrigerator for a while to let jello set. When cool & completely set, cover with Cool Whip. Serve!
