Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup onion
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp oregano
1 dash of pepper
1/8 tsp thyme
1 bay leaf
1 20 oz can of tomato
1 cup Minute Rice
3 stuffed sliced olives
2-3 slices of cheese cut length wise (4)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10oz )

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef with onions.
Add all other ingredients except cheese.
Bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Discard the bay leaf.
Place in a shallow dish.
Place cheese checkerboard on top.
Bake at 300º for 20 minutes to melt the cheese.
