3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
5 T. water
1 T. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut flour, shortening, and salt together. Add egg with water and vinegar to moisten. Roll out and put in pie plate. Prick bottom and sides with fork. Bake at 400º for 8 to 10 minutes.

Makes 4 crusts and can be re-rolled without getting tough. Can be refrigerated in covered container up to two weeks
