1 1/4 c. brown rice
2 cans soup, cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup or one of each
1 cup water
1 package dry onion soup mix
3 chicken breasts, cut into serving sized pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Place rice in a greased 12 x 8 pan, mix soups, water and part of the soup packet together, pour over rice and stir. Place chicken pieces on top of rice and sprinkle with remaining soup mix. cover and bake at 325 º for 2 hours.
