1 medium head of lettuce
1 cup sliced green onions
1 cup sliced celery
1 can water chestnuts
1 pkg. frozen peas (thawed just enough to break apart)
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
Tomatoes (I use cherry tomatoes)

Directions:
Directions:
Shred head of lettuce and place in bottom of clear bowl.
Layer:
Green Onions
Celery
Water Chestnuts
Peas
Spread mayonnaise over layers. Mix sugar and salt, then sprinkle over mayonnaise. Spread mozzarella cheese on top and sprinkle parmesan cheese over all. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours or overnight. Cover with tomatoes and sprinkle bacon bits on top.
