Firehouse Sauce:
vinegar
serrano pepper
habanero pepper
jalapeņos pepper
garlic
radishes
white onions
mustard

cayenne pepper in melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Sauce: Cook in pot until soft. Pour peppers in blender. Blend until smooth. Add the garlic, onions, and radishes. Add mustard in a bowl. Pour pepper blend into mustard and mix well.

Burger:
Place meat on skillet. Cook 3-4 minutes. Flip. Add cayenne butter to top and let finish cooking. Add American cheese. Melt. Bun, mustard, lettuce, onion, pickles, burger, top bun.
