1 lb. salt
3 oz. garlic salt
3 oz. onion salt
2 oz. chili powder
4 oz. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Put in shaker containers or keep in refrigerator up to 9 months. Nice to put in small containers or bags for gifts. Use on pork chops, pork burgers, etc. This recipe comes from the Ford-Iroquois Pork Producers, used on their famous pork burgers at the Iroquois County Fair.
