5 cups diced rhubarb
3 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry Jello

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the rhubarb and sugar together; let set several hours or overnight. Then place in kettle over medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add Jello. Pour into jars or freezer containers; refrigerate or freeze.
