2 C sugar
1 1/2 C oil
4 eggs
2 C sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 T. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 C grated carrots
1 C chopped nuts
1 - 8 1/4 can crushed pineapple drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oil and sugar. Add unbeaten eggs and beat until thick. Add carrots, nuts, pineapple and sifted dry ingredients. Mix well. Put in greased and floured tube pan. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees.

Frosting:
1-3oz. pkg cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
2 T. margarine or butter
2 C powdered sugar.
Beat together and frost cake
